Some of the job duties include cold calling 150-200 a day, coordinate the mass production of new client account paperwork, and work with recruiting personnel in driving results from the recruiting process. Desired candidates should have previous experience in customer service, be able to meet deadlines, maintain business relationships, and have excellent communication skills. Software skills include Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Adobe. The Business Development Manager is a temp-to-hire position with a salary of $40k-$52k (depending on experience) with commission.
