Meet our President and the founder of Hire Up Staffing and Hire Up Healthcare. She works hard daily to support our teams with the necessary training and vision in order to elevate our company to being an industry leader for staffing. What people don’t know is she started the company when she was 28 years old, with already 5 years of successful staffing experience with a major name in the industry. She has helped countless people and has a true knack for intuitively being able to match people with their best path, whether it be a new job or considering to add to your team. She teaches the team those strategies and pushes everyone to get out of their comfort zone and elevate the way that they think so that they too can reach higher boundaries, then push past those as well!
Rebecca has an obsession with shoes and owns over 75 pairs that are displayed in her closet, even though she only wears maybe 3 of them to the office each week before the heel starts making the “klinky” sound of the metal being exposed on the tile flooring. The easiest question for Rebecca to answer is, “What are your goals?” She can pull open her notepad on her iPhone and will ask, “Personal, professional, family or bucket list goals?” that’s how she operates! Always setting marks, reaching them and setting new marks.
Rebecca feels that your job isn’t something that gains you money, it’s something that is every bit a part of the fiber of who you are and should never be viewed as “something that you do” but rather “something that is who you are”. Your job is YOU. It’s the example of you, it showcases you and you are who you are because of what you choose to do in your life.
