Payroll Coordinator

Payroll Coordinator needed for a manufacturing company in the Selma area. Responsibilities will include verifying timecards, following up on any discrepancies or needed approvals, and keeping accurate records. Additional duties will include data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying and emailing. Ideal candidates will have previous payroll experience along with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (2010 preferred). Accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills are critical to this position.
This is long-term temporary assignment starting off on a part-time basis, 8 am – 2 pm, Monday – Friday. Additional hours may be required as volume increases. Pay range is $12-$14 per hour, depending upon experience.
