We wanted to take a moment to highlight our September Employee of the Month for the entire Fresno area. She has been a rock star in her position as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist. She has worked hard and shined bright and we are so grateful to have such wonderful people representing our clients and Hire Up Staffing.

Hire Up has expanded to many new locations over the last year. We are excited to call Bakersfield one of our newest homes! With that comes a Hire Up Employee of the Month for the Bakersfield area. To find our Employee of the Month, we reviewed all the people we have placed in Kern County to see who has been going above and beyond their job duties. Our final decision was Lindsey who has been doing an amazing job in her placement as a leasing agent.

A: I like meeting new people everyday and helping them get started on getting them a new home. What I enjoy most is working with everyone around me and the atmosphere.

A: I’m an Office Coordinator Intern for Hire Up Staffing.

Q: What do you love about your job?

A: I enjoy greeting candidates helping them feel comfortable when they arrive for their interviews and assisting the recruiters making their jobs a bit easier. It doesn’t feel so much like work when you’re enjoying what you do and the atmosphere you’re in.

He has proven to be an amazing leader, team member, and employee. We are so excited to have Henri represent Hire Up Staffing and thank him for his dedication! Q:  How long have you worked with Hire Up Staffing

A: I have worked with Hire Up for close to 6 months consecutively. Let’s not forget about the past though, where I did part time work for Hire Up 4 years ago.


Q:  Tell us something about working with Hire Up Staffing

A: Hire Up is not only a work place and firm who looks out for you and your career. Hire Up is also a family where I can go and ask for help and know I’m getting the best support and direction needed for my career and life time goals. 


Q: Tell us a little about your placement, what is your title, and why you love your job.

I am a quality control data analyst. I insure all data is carefully input and screened to the appropriate city and county for individuals with a business. Doing so ensures money paid out through taxes are distributed to the correct city or county which the person does business in. I love the job I do simply because I am a problem solver, this job requires a person keen to detail and one who thinks outside the box. I also love the environment that I work in and I’m very lucky to work with very smart and talented individuals day in and day out. 


Q: Tell us your future career goals and how Hire Up is helping you get there.

My future goals include finishing nursing school to be a nurse practitioner. Hire Up has allowed me to be in a position to have a balanced life with both work and school. Where my previous job as a BailBondsman/Bounty Hunter did not allow such a thing. Once I’m done with school Hire Up has business relationships with hospitals or clinics in need of RN’s. 


Q: Tell us a fun blurb about yourself (personal or career wise).

A: Hmm, a fun blurp about me would have to be my cooking/BBQ skills which I must say are thee best on this side of the Mississippi. Which also pairs nice with beer I do brew on my downtime with friends and family ?

How to prepare

Completing our online application prior to the event is strongly encouraged and will speed up the process. Please bring bring a copy of your resume, identification for the I9 (most people will supply an ID and their social security card), copies of any medical certificates including education completed, proof of nurses license, CPR certifications, BLS or MA certifications. with you to the event.

What to wear

Dress code is Business Casual or medical scrubs are acceptable as well.

How to get to the event

We’ll be accepting resumes and conducting interviews at the Visalia Wyndham location for jobs in the Visalia/Hanford area. We also have healthcare openings in the Fresno area so our Hire Up Fresno branch at 155 E Shaw, Suite 108, Fresno, CA 93710, will be available to accept walk ins with resumes if Fresno is closer.

Hire Up Staffing’s 2018 Summer Sizzle Client Tailgate Recap

To celebrate our clients and show them how much they are valued, we host an annual tailgate party at Fresno State.

We had a live band fly in all the way from Las Vegas, Dueling Pianos, to play on our concert stage with professional lighting and sound. Food was catered by a deliciously popular local company, Dave’s Famous BBQ. We had an open bar that lasted all night, a popcorn bar, candy bar and dessert bar, prizes, and so much more.

 

Our entire team was excited to be part of this event. #TeamHireUp was decked out in Fresno State gear and had an amazing time with all of our clients and their staff, friends, & family. We are thankful to have such a wonderful team working for our company and building such strong relationships with all of our clients. Everyone let loose and really enjoyed a full night of food, drinks, music, entertainment, and football!
