Meet Amanda Santa Maria, Recruiter for the Bakersfield office of Hire Up Staffing Services. She joined the Hire Up team in June of 2020, bringing her experience in sales, marketing, and customer service with her. Once introduced to the staffing industry, she knew that she found her passion. She loves helping candidates find their dream jobs and helping clients find the perfect fit for their team. Each day she ensures she is providing the highest quality of service to clients and candidates while building strong relationships with each individual.
Amanda enjoys baking when she’s not hard at work! You will find her binge watching YouTube videos of different recipes and recreating them herself. She is currently trying to perfect French Macaroons. You will also find her at the local Cake and Cookie Night Class! When Amanda is not getting her hands dirty baking, she also loves attending music festivals, traveling, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
