Job Description: Large Real Estate Company located in the Central Valley is looking for an experienced Assistant Controller

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Controller and working with a financial reporting team in preparing the Group’s combined financial statements and related footnotes. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.

Extras: This candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years experience (CPA preferred). Must have a solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, including cash flow and full-disclosure footnotes.

They must also have thorough knowledge of and experience in preparing consolidated financial statements with complex eliminations.

Pay: $100k

Hours: Regular Business Hours

Status: Direct Hire

Location: Fresno, CA
