Madison started with Hire Up in July 2020 and in a few short months has played an enormous role in putting the Houston office on the map. Madison has brought in the two largest clients for the Texas region and the Houston office is now one of the top 3 offices in the company.
Madison started her journey in the staffing industry several years ago and she hasn’t turned back once. She is truly passionate about the industry because of the rewarding feeling she has when she helps a company find the right employee and helps an eager candidate find their dream job. Her drive comes from having the experience of knowing how exhausting it can be to find the right person for the job or trying to find the right company to hire you.
Before Madison was conquering the staffing world, she dedicated her life to collegiate volleyball where she fell in love with the competitive lifestyle. Madison knows what it takes to compete to accomplish her goals and her clients goals. She confidently says she does not believe in “second best” and doesn’t believe her clients should either.
