Admin and clinical responsibilities include answering telephones, greeting and directing patients, updating medical records, filling out insurance forms, scheduling of appointments, handling billing as well as collecting and preparing samples and specimens, sterilizing medical instruments, arrange examining rooms and equipments. Back office duties are also required.
Qualified candidates must have previous 2 years experience, be CMA certified, is able to multi-task, assist in other office duties, patient, and have a courteous and pleasant manner. Salary/Pay range depends on experience.Bilingual a plus, but not required.
