Before joining Hire Up, she gained diverse experience working in various industries, including roles as a Staffing and Operations Supervisor for a retail store, a Field Representative, and a phlebotomist. One of Erin’s greatest accomplishments was being a top performer at one of her previous places of employment, showcasing her dedication and exceptional skills.
Erin began her journey with Hire Up as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the California region. Her exceptional interactions with candidates and her ability to understand their needs led the team to encourage her to become a Recruiter. Now, as an Account Manager, she is dedicated to strengthening client relationships and helping candidates grow in their careers. Erin’s commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others make her an invaluable asset to our team.
