Meet Erin – Fresno Account Manager

Meet Erin, our Recruiting Manager on the Central CA team! Before joining Hire Up, she gained diverse experience working in various industries, including roles as a Staffing and Operations Supervisor for a retail store, a Field Representative, and a phlebotomist. One of Erin’s greatest accomplishments was being a top performer at one of her previous places of employment, showcasing her dedication and exceptional skills.

Erin began her journey with Hire Up as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the California region. Her exceptional interactions with candidates and her ability to understand their needs led the team to encourage her to become a Recruiter. Now, as an Account Manager, she is dedicated to strengthening client relationships and helping candidates grow in their careers. Erin’s commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Erin loves working for Hire Up because she gets to be part of a growing company that provides opportunities not only to the internal team but also to clients, job seekers, and the community at large. She finds great satisfaction in contributing to a company that makes a positive impact on so many lives. When Erin is not in the office, you can find her hiking, exploring the great outdoors, reading a book at her local book club, or watching some of her favorite classic films. Her diverse interests and hobbies reflect her well-rounded personality and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
