Amazing opportunity to work for large commercial construction company as the Admin Assistant to the Executive Admin Assistant to
the President. This company is seeking someone who has experience working in a position of high volume of scheduling or calendaring for
executive or owner and dealing with the owner’s confidential details of each meeting. This individual will do all the normal administrative functions
such as answering emails, responding with correspondence, assisting with company event planning, setting up appointments, answering calls to the executive office and doing projects as assigned for the Executive Admin to the President. Experience using Outlook, doing tracking and flexibility to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is a big plus.
