Operations Assistant needed to assist a busy executive for a manufacturing company in southern Fresno County. This key individual will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support, and serve as a point person in the executive’s absence. Administrative duties include managing incoming correspondence, organizing operational and confidential files, preparing monthly reports, communicating procedural changes throughout the organization and providing support to the executive team as needed. Needs to understand the sequence of events in other departments and maintain good working relationships, particularly with sales and customer service. Looking for an individual who is a strong team player, and able to communicate and deal with diverse personalities, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities are also required. Competitive salary offered, depending upon experience $50-60k.
