Large Manufacturing Company seeking Qualified Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative.This person will be responsible for processing customer orders and changes via fax, email, mail and possibly EDI. Performs data entry, processes paperwork, resolves pricing discrepancies, tracks shipments and resolves other customer service as required. Work may require processing customer complaints and addressing consumer inquiries.

Pay is based on experience and ranges from $14-$17 hourly.

Must have at least three years of customer service experience. *Five or more years of experience are preferred in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*Must have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

*Must have ability to identify and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.

*Must have the knowledge and ability necessary to understand basic operational, technical, and office processes.

*Must have strong skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

*Must have excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to communicate with associates as well as customers by utilizing professional etiquette on the phone, thorough written correspondence, and face-to-face communication.
