We are excited to welcome Charity Abell to the Hire Up Staffing Services team as a Marketing Coordinator in our DFW branch. Charity brings a strong background in recruiting, communication, and creative design, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections.
Charity is returning to Hire Up after previously serving as a recruiter with the company. After taking time away to welcome her son, whom she considers her greatest joy, she is excited to begin this new chapter in marketing. Her familiarity with the company and experience supporting candidates and clients have given her a unique perspective that will serve her well in this role.
Before joining Hire Up, Charity worked as a police officer, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior to that, she balanced college coursework with a career working with animals, a role she thoroughly enjoyed. Her diverse professional background has provided her with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life while maintaining a strong commitment to service and excellence.
Currently, Charity is continuing her education at the University of North Texas, where she is completing her degree in Government. She has also earned numerous law enforcement certifications, demonstrating her dedication to lifelong learning and professional development.
What stands out most about Charity is her creativity and enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life. She enjoys design and finding ways to make events, projects, and experiences both beautiful and memorable. She is passionate about creating work that not only supports others but also strengthens the overall success of the organization.
Outside of work, Charity enjoys spending time with her son and her Rottweiler, Rea, often taking long walks together. She also enjoys reading, writing, baking, and gardening. A devoted home baker and hobby farmer, she regularly shares homemade sourdough bread and fresh eggs from her chickens with neighbors and friends.
When asked what excites her most about joining the marketing team, Charity shared that she is looking forward to collaborating with colleagues across the company and contributing in ways that benefit the entire organization. Her creativity, dedication, and passion for connecting with others make her a wonderful addition to the Hire Up team.
