Our Founder

Rebecca Kirkman

Rebecca Kirkman, the visionary founder and President of Hire Up Staffing, Hire Up Healthcare, and Hire Up Executive Search Services, has spent over 20 years transforming the way businesses and job seekers connect. Her mission is clear: to leave every company client, job seeker candidate, and local community better than she found them. Under Rebecca’s leadership, the company has become a trusted partner to businesses and job seekers across the U.S., offering tailored solutions that empower professionals and foster workplace excellence. She’s not only a problem-solver and creative thinker but also a champion for creating positive, gratitude-filled work cultures where teams thrive.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rebecca is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. She was a veteran member of the Saint Agnes Women’s Club, where she helped raise funds annually for a homeless shelter. She later became a founding member of The Founders Club, a group that played a critical role in raising funds to open the Neuroscience Center in Fresno. Today, Rebecca is an active member of the Cowtown Ball committee for the American Cancer Society, where she continues to support meaningful causes.

Outside of work and philanthropy, Rebecca enjoys life with her husband and two children on her farm, riding horses through local orchards, tending her seasonal garden, and traveling the world. Whether leading her team, helping her community, or spending time with her family, Rebecca approaches life with energy, gratitude, and a passion for making a difference.
