Who is ASi
Administrative Solutions, Inc. (ASi) is a third party administrator specializing in administrative services for employer groups. These services assist employers with benefit plans as well as employee and client communications. What makes ASi unique is their customer service. There isn’t one business or person that can always be perfect and error free, but ASi stands behind their services 100% and make sure that their customers are always happy.

If you know Hire Up Staffing, you are already aware that we LOVE to give back and support other businesses with the same values! We are excited to say that ASi supports tons of charities throughout the year! Every holiday season, the entire company works with local organizations to provide Christmas for families that otherwise wouldn’t be able to experience it due to financial hardship. In addition, they also bring in Christmas carolers from the Diamond Learning to perform at their office! Some of the organizations ASi has worked with include the American Heart Association, Diamond Learning Center, Boys and Girls Club, Martha’s Pantry, the Fresno Rescue Mission, Fresno State Renaissance, and the Poverello House.
Team Activities
Each year, the ASi management team does an annual retreat to review the year and prepare for the upcoming year. This retreat incorporates their business and staff needs. It is important to ASi that they focus on their improving their services, but also to hear from their employees and team. In addition, they hold an annual summer event and close the office for an afternoon of BBQ, games, and employee recognitions. Their staff is very important to them, and they want to make sure they are taken care of.
