Meet Ashley Tristao, she joined Hire Up in 2017 as a Recruiter and is now the Territory Director of Hire Up Staffing Services Visalia branch. In her years of recruiting she has proven to be both determined and focused in her line of work, eager to gain more experience and knowledge in all things recruiting. She takes pride in her outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with a variety of different people, which she believes has contributed to her success here at Hire Up!
Ashley is a relationship-driven professional who specializes in finding the top talent for her clients and ensures every interaction to be positive and professional with consistent communication and follow through. She believes that relationship building is the number one driver for overall success in this field of work. Her mission here at Hire Up Staffing is to help professionals present themselves in a way that inspires, impresses, and builds confidence in their skill sets.
If Ashley is not at work, you will more than likely find her traveling around the world. In the last couple years Ashley and her husband have traveled to the Bahamas, Barbados, Mexico, Vegas, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas (GO COWBOYS!), and the California Beaches. One place she has not got to cross off her bucket-list quite yet is Hawaii. If Ashley’s not traveling, she is home spending time with her husband and family cooking. She enjoys cooking so much she started making a cookbook with her mom this year and hopes to have it completed with over 80 recipes. With a strong love for family, Ashley and her Husband are very excited to be welcoming a baby girl into the world this year (and all of her 41 second cousins are excited to meet her too)!
