Celebrating Ashlee as Our Foundation Pillar of the Month

At Hire Up, our Foundation Pillar recognition highlights team members who truly live out the principles we are building as a company. This month, we are proud to celebrate Ashlee as our Foundation Pillar of the Month, inspired by Chapter 2 of Atomic Habits.

Chapter 2 focuses on identity-based habits. The idea is simple but powerful. Real change does not start with goals. It starts with who you believe you are. Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you want to become.

Ashlee embodies this mindset in the way she approaches her work each day.

Rather than focusing only on outcomes, she focuses on the standards she sets for herself. She shows up prepared. She communicates intentionally. She follows through consistently. Those daily actions reinforce her identity as a dependable, growth-focused professional. Over time, those small habits compound into meaningful results for our team, our clients, and our candidates.

What stands out most about Ashlee is that her actions align with her values. She does not just talk about growth and accountability. She practices it. Whether she is supporting a client, guiding a candidate, or collaborating with teammates, she consistently casts votes for the kind of professional she is committed to becoming.

Chapter 2 of Atomic Habits reminds us that when we change our identity, our behavior follows. Ashlee is a strong example of this principle in action. Her consistency builds trust. Her discipline strengthens our systems. Her mindset contributes to the culture we are intentionally building at Hire Up.

We are grateful for the way Ashlee leads herself and supports others. Congratulations on being our Foundation Pillar of the Month. Your commitment to growth, identity, and daily improvement is making a lasting impact.
