Cathy, our Recruiting Manager on the Central TX team, is a force to be reckoned with. With over 6 years in staffing and 20+ years in retail, she brings unmatched experience and heart to her role. Cathy is driven by a mission to change lives, and she does just that every single day.

Nicole – 3 Years of Leadership & Growth
Nicole, our Branch Manager on the South TX team, is the definition of resilience and growth. From her early days working in a fish cannery in Alaska to leading high-performing teams in the staffing world, Nicole’s journey is a testament to grit, adaptability, and unstoppable ambition.
She discovered her passion for staffing through credentialing and quickly rose through the ranks, not by chance, but by earning every step through hard work and a hunger to learn. Nicole is proud of her ability to grow into leadership roles, and we’re proud to have her leading with such strength and vision.
