Emily’s journey with Hire Up began as a Texas Recruiting Coordinator, where her sharp organizational skills and people-first mindset quickly set her apart. Her dedication and excellence earned her a promotion to Texas Executive Coordinator, and today, she serves as our Company Executive Coordinator, working closely with our VP of Operations and President.
Emily is the glue that holds so many moving parts together. Whether she’s preparing Monday Meeting slides, tracking staffing setups across states, or supporting high-level initiatives, she does it all with precision, grace, and a deep understanding of our mission.

Shannon – 4 Years of Accuracy & Impact
Shannon, our Accounts Payable Specialist, is the definition of reliability and attention to detail. For the past four years, she’s been the quiet powerhouse behind our financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.
