Sadly Fresno has taken the unlucky position of champion in UCubed’s Marching Madness: the unemployment brackets. With unemployment at 17.2% Fresno won by a margin of 2.3% to Las Vegas, Nevada. 64 of the country’s largest markets fill the Marching to Madness brackets and demonstrate a clear problem affecting the whole country. Of the “Fed-Up Four” three California cities (Sacramento, Los Angeles and Fresno) competed with Las Vegas, Nevada with Fresno coming out as the leader. Take a look at the brackets below.
