Progressive South Valley company is looking for a Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team in Bakersfield. This
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and submit an annual Sales Business Plan to Sales Director.
- Develop sales opportunities and capture sales business by marketing, entertaining and professional relationship building activities that yield positive sales results.
- Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers or potential customers that fulfill customer interaction and buying experience with the company.
- Delegate and hand off account management responsibilities in an effective manner to Sales teammates and support staff.
- Provide high-level customer service levels to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals established by management.
Qualified candidates will have a knowledge of basic knowledge of financial acumen, including the cost and margins of business, a fundamental understanding of the company’s internal business process, excellent customer service and communication skills along with 3-5 years experience in an outside sales position. A college degree is preferred, but not required.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity and the salary is $45K base pay with quarterly bonuses.
