Water – A Quick & Simple Way To Lose Excess Fat For The Fitness Challenge

So you’re about to start your fitness challenge, that’s great news! Life only gets better when you eat right and exercise, so here’s to your health.  I’m going to be here along the way, guiding you in the right direction. My number one tip on how to look and feel better and shed excess fat is going to blow you away, you need to drink more water.

It’s really that simple. It’s everywhere and yet people still go out of their way to avoid the stuff. Water constitutes eighty percent of our body mass, seventy percent of the world’s surface, and runs in just about every room you walk into. Why don’t we drink more of it? The reasons abound in a world that runs at full speed all of the time. Most of us are simply too busy to keep track of when we feel thirsty. We don’t take the time to listen to that little urge that tells us when to get a drink. Listen up people!

Water is the ultimate purifier, plain and simple. Without water, cellular waste and toxic residue would build up in your body faster than you can say ” grrooooooss” .  You want to be flushing out your body all day, every day. Don’t feel bad, everybody has junk to eliminate and that’s especially true if we eat poorly or are stressed out all the time.

Fortunately there’s an easy fix to this problem. Carry water with you wherever you go. Small refillable bottles are a cheap and easy way to keep water close by at all times. When we have a drink with us, we tend to drink more. Wake up in the morning and drink, drink, drink. You’re body is usually at its most dehydrated state at this point. Drink a liter of water before you have any food. If this seems easy to do, drink another liter, but you don’t have to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Flushing your body will eliminate toxins, clean out your gut, and help you lose excess fat quickly!
