Hire Up Staffing Services is looking to fill an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support for the Executive Management Team. Typical duties include handling phone messages, creating and editing presentations and documents, coordinating calendars, preparing expense reports, and all administrative support. *AA degree and 5-years related experience in a high level administrative support position which exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. *Must have excellent Microsoft 2010 skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new software systems. *Good planning and organizational skills. *Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc. *Must project a positive and professional image at all times. *Must be willing to travel as needed.
