We are excited to welcome Chloe Cubre to the Hire Up Staffing Services team as a Recruiting Manager in our Houston branch. Chloe brings a strong background in human resources, recruiting, and office management, along with a passion for building strong teams and creating positive workplace cultures.
Chloe joins us with extensive experience across multiple roles, including HR Manager and recruiter in senior care, Accounts Payable support, and Office Manager within a diversified family business . Her diverse background has equipped her with a well rounded understanding of operations, people management, and organizational success.
One of Chloe’s most impressive accomplishments is her ability to drive engagement and retention. She shared that under her leadership, she achieved some of the highest employee engagement and lowest turnover rates within her organization . This speaks directly to her leadership style, which focuses on people, communication, and creating environments where employees can thrive.
Chloe is passionate about continued growth and has goals of obtaining her C SHRM certification and furthering her education in business law . Her commitment to learning and professional development reflects the mindset we value deeply at Hire Up.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys pickleball, tennis, baking, working out, and reading . She is also a fan of sports, including the Golden State Warriors, 49ers, Astros, and Packers . She has a love for travel as well, with Croatia being at the top of her dream destinations list . Her personality, energy, and interests make her a great cultural fit for our team.
