We are excited to welcome Eileen Ramirez to the Hire Up Staffing team as our Regional Branch Manager in Fresno!

With nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, Eileen brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for helping both businesses and job seekers succeed. Originally from the Bay Area, Eileen has worked with organizations across a variety of industries, including technology and manufacturing, helping companies find talented professionals while connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities.

Eileen is especially passionate about leading by example and helping the people around her reach their goals. One of her professional goals is to achieve her own financial goals while also helping her team achieve theirs. She believes that when you invest in the success of the people around you, everyone has the opportunity to grow.

Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the industry, and she is excited to share that knowledge with the Hire Up team.

When asked why she is excited to join Hire Up, Eileen shared that she is looking forward to being back in an office environment, working alongside others, and having the opportunity to share her experience and knowledge with her new team.

Outside of work, Eileen stays busy! She enjoys pickleball, bunco, weightlifting, traveling, reading, and watching her daughter cheer. She is also a proud pet mom to what she lovingly calls her “mini zoo crew,” which includes two dogs and two cats. If she could win a dream trip, she would head to Japan with her family.

Eileen’s personal philosophy is simple and powerful: “People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan.” That mindset reflects the intentional, accountable, and goal-oriented approach she brings to both her career and her leadership.
