At Hire Up, we spend our days helping people find great opportunities and the perfect fit, but some of the most important members of our team never step foot into the office. They are the pets waiting at home, greeting us after a long day, keeping us company during work-from-home days, and bringing a little extra happiness into our everyday lives. We wanted to take a moment to celebrate some of those very special members of the Hire Up family.
From energetic pups who are always ready for an adventure to sweet cats who have completely mastered the art of relaxing, our team has some seriously adorable companions. Every pet has their own personality, quirks, and way of making their family’s life a little brighter. We loved getting to see the faces behind some of the stories our team shares about their furry family members.
Many of our employees’ pets have also come from shelters and rescues, making their place in the family even more special. There is something pretty amazing about seeing an animal who once needed a home become such an important part of someone’s life. These pets are a reminder of just how much love can come from giving an animal a second chance.
Of course, we couldn’t celebrate our pets without making room for some of our smaller and slightly less furry friends! One of our team members sent in photos of their fishies, proving that you definitely don’t need four legs, fur, or a wagging tail to be an important part of the family. Pets come in all shapes, sizes, and species, and we loved seeing them all represented.
Whether they are curled up beside us, waiting by the door when we get home, making us laugh with their goofy personalities, or simply keeping us company throughout the day, our pets have a way of making life better. They may not have official job titles at Hire Up, but they certainly contribute plenty of love and happiness to the people who do.
