Meet Gina Ireland, Hire Up Staffing Service’s Executive Recruiting Specialist. Gina is a Fresno native who graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Her recruiting career started in Legal Staffing for Law Firms in Orange County. When Gina moved back to the Central Valley she joined the Hire Up team as Recruiting Manager, after three years in that seat Gina was promoted to Executive Recruiting Specialist as she showed her true mastery with both Clients and Candidates. The satisfaction of making the “perfect match” for both the candidate and the client is what appeals to her and keeps Gina pushing forward to ensure happiness and success for both sides.
