This year, our team took time to recognize the people who help guide Hire Up forward with thoughtful gifts, flowers, and a few special surprises.
Celebrating Our Leaders
For Kali, our new Regional Manager, this Boss’s Day was extra special because it was her first one in her new role with Hire Up! We wanted to make sure she felt celebrated as she continues to grow with our team. Along with flowers and gifts, we included a few thoughtful surprises she could enjoy with her son. We believe that celebrating our team means recognizing the people behind the professional titles, too.
Carrie also received flowers and some fun office décor to brighten her workspace. Sometimes, it is the little things that make the workday more enjoyable, and we loved having an opportunity to show her how much she is appreciated.
Our CEO, Rebecca, was also surprised with flowers as a small way to recognize her leadership and the dedication she brings to Hire Up. Building a company takes vision, commitment, and a whole lot of heart, and we are grateful for the example she sets for our team.
